The vision for Artemis Building Co. began in 2018, when Ricardo founded Luxury Construction to share his craftsmanship in home remodeling with residents of the Monterey Peninsula. In 2021, Ricardo partnered with his brother Manuel. Together they founded Luxury Builders & Remodels, Inc. This partnership combined their 40+ years of construction experience.
